Teleperformance, Egypt, is a multinational contact center founded in 2007. Teleperformance operates in the sphere of telemarketing, tele collection, CRM outsourcing services and teleservices in Egypt, Middle East and also in the countries of North Africa.
Teleperformance declared to establish a new contact center in Egypt at a conference held in Paris on 8th October 2007. The company planned to establish nearly 600 workstation by the end of the year. They are also likely to implement some major policies for expansion of the service in the following two years. Yannis Tourcomanis, the Director of Teleperformance's Southern European also attended the official program.

Teleperformance in Egypt is currently undergoing the procedure of certification of ISO 9001:2000. The company provides Contact Center CRM services in the commercial spheres specially in the field of business to consumer and business to business in course of the three stages of the life cycle of a customer. These three stages include pre sales, sales and after sales. The company also takes care of certain aspects like market research, debt collection, customer acquisition, IVR automation solutions, technical support and customer care and growth.
The operation of teleperformance in Egypt is concentrated in Cairo with the help of a single contact center in the city. Besides the company also operates in 300 workstations. These workstations are furnished with state of the art technology which is equipped with full ACD having CTI, predictive dialling, CRM software applications from renowned suppliers like PGS, Mellita, Siebel, Avaya, EIS and Vantive.

The expandability of teleperformance in Egypt includes 600 production workstation, among which 300 are utilized. There is a building of 14,000 square meter which can be utilized to nearly 2500 production workstations. There is also a short term of 900 production workstations. The job can be conducted in English, Arabic, German and also in French language.
