Discotheques in Egypt form an integral part of the Egyptian nightlife. A good number of hotels and clubs in the major cities across the country have discotheques. Such discos provide with the facility of wholesome entertainment that includes dancing. Most of the discotheques in Egypt however, have a subscription charge that does act as a bar on one and all acquiring membership of the discotheques. Yet, the discotheques in Egypt have started getting more guests and patronage on account of the popular facilities for entertainment and nightlife.
The capital city of Cairo has the largest number of discotheques in Egypt. Many of the luxury hotels in the city have discotheques who offer complimentary facilities to the guests in the hotel. Crazy House is one of the well known discos in Cairo that is located on the Salah Salem Street at the Cairo land development Center. This popular disco of Cairo attracts a considerable number of dance aficionados who take their time out and enjoy the best of dancing facilities in the city.
Casanova is another of the big names among discotheques in Egypt. Part of the El Borg Hotel at Gezirah, this popular disco in the city opens at 10.30 in the late evening hours and remains open till the wee hours in the morning. Churchill is located in the Baron Hotel off the Oruba Street in the downtown Cairo. This discotheque opens at 10 pm and provides for matinee parties twice a week, on Thursday and Saturday.
Le Disco, Sindbad Discotheque, The Saddle Discotheque, Le Cameleon, Castle and Options Discotheque are the other popular discos in Cairo.

Dahab has a major discotheque called Zanzibar and is located at the Helnan Hotel. Besides not stop dancing, this disco also offers a live DJ to make the ambiance more vibrant and enjoyable. Alexandria has a lone discotheque in Stingers at the Hilton Borg. Luxor is another of the major cities in Egypt that has a discotheque called Novotel Luxor Disco.
Fayed has a discotheque Captain Morgan at the Helnan Morgan village Hotel. Fayoum has a lone discotheque in Auberge Du Lac Disco. And many of the other cities too have a limited number of discotheques which provide for a wonderful display of fun, entertainment and nightlife in Egypt.
