National Conciliation Party (Hizb al-Wifak) is one of the small political parties in Egypt. So far as the membership of this Egyptian political party is concerned, it is considered to be a small one among the many of the political organizations. However, it surely cannot be regarded as an insignificant political party of Egypt.
National Conciliation Party (Hizb al-Wifak) has shown enough interest in the affairs related to Palestine. The chairman of National Conciliation Party (Hizb al-Wifak) was Refaat al- Agroudy after it came to be founded in April in the year of 2000. The headquarters of National Conciliation Party or Hizb al-Wifak is in Cairo. The members as well as the followers of this Egyptian political party follow the political ideology of Arab Nationalism.
National Conciliation Party (Hizb al-Wifak) nominated Refaat Al- Agroudy to be the head of this Egyptian political party. Refaat Al- Agroudy ran for the first multi- candidate presidential elections in Egypt in the year of 2005.
