Ludwig Borchardt, Alan Rowe and Ali el-Kholi are some other people who were also associated with the process of discovery. The entrance of the pyramids are at the height of 20 meters from the ground level. In most of the pyramids the sarcophagus have not been discovered yet.

One of the Pyramids of Meidum is also called in Arabic el-haram-el-kaddab which means “False Pyramid” in English. This pyramid, too had collapsed during the time of Sneferu and was rebuilt in the same way like the others. All these pyramids are believed to be experimental ones before the actual technology came into existence.
